Viceroy Investments is an acquisition, development, and asset management company based in Dallas, Texas.  Viceroy is focused primarily on commercial real estate in the southwest.  Viceroy Investments, LLC, is a Texas limited liability company owned and operated by Stephen J. Rogers. 

The Company targets properties that are in need of repositioning, capital, and/or redevelopment.  Although Viceroy primarily seeks to purchase existing properties, it will develop new buildings under specific conditions.  Targeted commercial property product types include office, industrial, retail, and hotel.  Viceroy also seeks loan or portfolio assets where the underlying property(ies) possess substantial vacancy, lease rollover, or are in need of capital enhancement.  The Value Acquisition Fund, headed by Andy Cates, is a strategic partner of Viceroy.
